Full Priced Items
We are pleased to provide a store credit for all full priced items that are returned in their original condition within 14 days of the purchase date (or arrival date for online orders). This store credit remains valid for three years and can be applied towards future purchases within The Palms Nursery & Homewares. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
 
Sale Items
All sale items, whether purchased in-store or online, are considered final sale items. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or store credit for discounted or sale items.
 
Uniquely Sourced or Custom-Made Items
Due to the unique nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any items that are uniquely sourced or custom-made.
 
Faulty or Damaged Items
Should you identify that your item is faulty or damaged, we kindly request that you reach out to The Palms Nursery & Homewares store within 48 hours. Your timely communication will enable us to promptly assist you in arranging a return, replacement, or refund as necessary.
