SHIPPING
Christmas Shipping & Local Delivery
To ensure delivery before Christmas, please note the following cut off dates
Standard Shipping: Order by Thursday, 12th December, 12pm
Express Shipping: Order by Wednesday, 18th December
Local Delivery: Order by Sunday, 22nd December to receive your order in time for Christmas
Click & Collect: Orders can be placed up until 12pm, 24th December, and collected no later than 4pm, 24th December.
Shipping
We're committed to enhancing your shopping experience with convenient, cost-effective delivery options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout to ensure you get the best prices in real-time. Orders are shipped via a reliable courier service or Australia Post. Once we receive your order, it will be packed and shipped within 48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping can take up-to 5-7 business days, and express shipping can take up-to 3-5 business days.
Click & Collect
We are pleased to offer a complimentary click-and-collect service for all items purchased on the Palms Nursery & Homewares online store. To take advantage of this convenient option, simply select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once your selections are complete, proceed to checkout and choose ‘store pickup'. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Our dedicated team will process your order within 24 hours and will promptly notify you via email or text message once your items are ready for collection. During sale period, please allow 3-5 days for collection on all orders.
For order collection, please make your way to our store located at 327 Mona Vale Road, Terrey Hills, NSW 2084. It is essential to present a copy of your click-and-collect confirmation email, which includes your order number. If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, kindly ensure they have a copy of the original click-and-collect confirmation email.
During sale period, please allow 2-4 days for all orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full Priced Items
We are pleased to provide a store credit for any full priced items that are returned in their original condition within 14 days of the purchase date (or arrival date for online orders). This store credit remains valid for three years and can be applied towards future purchases within The Palms Nursery & Homewares. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Sale Items
All sale items, whether purchased in-store or online, are considered final sale items. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or store credit for discounted or sale items.
Uniquely Sourced or Custom-Made Items
Due to the unique nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any items that are uniquely sourced or custom-made.
Faulty or damaged items
Should you identify that your item is faulty or damaged, we kindly request that you reach out to The Palms Nursery & Homewares store within 48 hours. Your timely communication will enable us to promptly assist you in arranging a return, replacement, or refund as necessary.

PRICES, FEES & CHARGES
The prices of products, delivery, and other charges displayed on this site are precise at the time of publication. However, it is essential to note that the seller reserves the right to alter prices before we accept your order. All prices displayed on our website are in AUD dollars.
